The Steady Guide

You don’t have to carry it alone anymore.

Life can feel exhausting when it seems like you’re carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. Maybe you’ve spent years being the strong one for everyone else while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, executive functioning challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want to be living. On the outside, you may appear to have everything together while, on the inside, you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or wondering why life feels harder than it seems for everyone else.

You don’t have to face those challenges alone.

As your therapist, my role is to step into your corner. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, recognize the strengths you already possess, and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence and purpose. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about helping you reconnect with the person you’ve always had the potential to become.

I believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to be authentic. My goal is to create an environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood without fear of judgment. Clients often describe me as calm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I strive to balance compassion with practical tools that help you create meaningful and lasting change outside of the therapy office.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, executive functioning concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also provide affirming care for individuals who are neurodivergent and members of the LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and kink communities. Every person deserves a space where they can explore their experiences openly and be accepted for who they are.

Whether you’re trying to quiet an overactive mind, heal from painful experiences, better understand yourself, or simply stop feeling like you’re fighting every day alone, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

I believe therapy isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about discovering that you don’t have to face life’s challenges by yourself.

“Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stop carrying the weight alone. Healing begins when someone is willing to walk beside you.”

It would be my privilege to step into your corner, help you recognize your strengths, and support you as you build a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and fulfilling.
